Welcome to Allen Academy. By using this website or booking training sessions, you agree to the policies and terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you submit (such as your name, phone number, email, athlete information, or scheduling details) will only be used for communication, scheduling, training purposes, and payment confirmation.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to third parties unless required by law.
We may store your information securely for record-keeping and coaching purposes.
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receiving texts from Allen Academy related to sessions, scheduling, reminders, and updates.
2. Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Allen Academy, you agree to:
Provide accurate information on all forms.
Follow coaching instructions for safety.
Arrive on time to scheduled sessions.
Respect that training spots are limited.
Pay for sessions in accordance with our payment terms.
Allen Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe behavior, misconduct, or unpaid balances.
3. Payment Terms
Allen Academy accepts:
Cash App
Cash (in-person only)
Payment is due before each session or before the first session of a monthly plan.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your session.
You are responsible for ensuring your Cash App transaction is sent to the correct username/account.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a session, you must notify Coach Allen as early as possible.
Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
Monthly plan sessions must be used within the month — unused sessions do not roll over.
Allen Academy may reschedule sessions due to weather, field availability, or emergencies.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking or participating in any session (in-person or online), you agree that:
Football and athletic training involve physical activity and inherent risk.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training.
Allen Academy, Coach Allen, and any associated locations are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or medical issues that may occur during or after training.
You are responsible for ensuring the athlete is medically cleared to participate in physical activity.
Participation in training indicates acceptance of this waiver.
6. Parent/Guardian Consent (For Minors)
If the athlete is under 18, the parent or legal guardian agrees to:
Allow participation in all training activities.
Accept all risks associated with football training.
Ensure the athlete attends sessions prepared and safe.
Communicate with Coach Allen regarding any injuries, limitations, or medical concerns.
Give permission for Allen Academy to communicate via text or call regarding scheduling and training.
7. Coaching & Performance Disclaimer
Allen Academy provides football training, technique development, and Football IQ instruction.
We do not guarantee:
Playing time
Roster spots
College recruiting opportunities
Scholarship offers
Specific performance outcomes
Results vary based on effort, consistency, athletic ability, and individual commitment.
8. Online Coaching / Zoom Disclaimer
Online sessions provide educational instruction, play concepts, defensive coverage teaching, and Football IQ training.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
Zoom sessions are instructional only, not physical workouts.
You are responsible for providing a safe environment during online sessions.
Allen Academy is not responsible for internet issues, technical failures, or lost connectivity.
9. Communication Consent (SMS, Email, Calls)
By submitting your information on any form, you agree to receive:
Text messages
Emails
Phone calls
These communications will be used solely for:
Scheduling
Payment reminders
Training updates
Session follow-ups
Program information
You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages.
10. Media Release (Optional But Recommended)
From time to time, Allen Academy may take photos or videos during training for educational or promotional use.
By participating, you grant permission for:
Photos
Videos
Training clips
to be used for marketing, social media, or coaching demonstrations unless you specifically request otherwise.
To opt out, notify Coach Allen directly.
11. Use of Website
You agree not to:
Copy content from Allen Academy
Impersonate the business
Submit false information
Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the site
Violation may result in removal from the program.
